Support for Students

Sacramento NAHN is committed to recognizing and celebrating students who are about to graduate from accredited nursing programs. To commemorate this achievement, eligible members can complete the form below to request an honor cord to wear at their upcoming graduations. Scroll down to view criteria and to access form.

Criteria 

  • Active member for at least 3 months

  • Attend at least 2 chapter meetings (Zoom or in-person)

  • Attend at least 3 volunteer events

  • Graduating within the next 1-2 months

While supplies last.
